Points Of Performance

  • Shoulder-width stance
  • Lift ball overhead to full extension of knees, hips and arms
  • Throw ball to the floor between the feet
  • Catch ball on rebound
  • Keep weight in heels
  • Extend knees and hips to propel ball back overhead
