Crossfit

“CrossFit WOD” this is a workout of the day class. 1 hour, consisting of warm up, workout brief, strength/skill session followed by cool down and mobility. The best hour of your day. All workouts can be modified. CrossFit isn’t scary, we will meet you, wherever you are at on your fitness journey. (Our athletes currently range from 13-60+ & are all mixed abilities) these are inclusive classes that are built on community.

Beginners Course

When you have a clear understanding of the fundamentals of our workouts, you will be able to minimise the risk of injury and see better results, faster. Join our fun and supportive Beginners Course to start your transformation the right way.

Personal Training

“Personal Training” can be one-on-one or two-on-one, if you want to work on specific goals with a particular plan. This is for you. Contact one of our coaches via the links on the coaches section to ask about personal training options.

Open Gym

Self led classes with a roaming coach on the floor. If you haven’t made it to a class, make up the time at an Open Gym session. Work on your weaknesses, supplement your training routine and keep your strength and fitness goals on track.

GOWod Mobility

Improve your mobility, increase your athletic performance and speed up your recovery with our GOWod program. These carefully designed sessions will help you stay lean and limber so you can perform at your peak.

Weightlifting Sessions

Specific session focus on Olympic lifting and strength training. Fantastic opportunity to dial in technique and work on the compound strength movements to improve overall strength and ability to move weight efficiently.
